Reviews:

In the years preceding the release of INEVITABLE COLLAPSE IN THE PRESENCE OF CONVICTION, Soilent Green experienced traumas like no other band in modern metal. In 2004, their bassist died in suspicious murder/suicide circumstances, and 2005 saw Hurricane Katrina devastate their city and take the life of Glen Rambo, their lead singer. The New Orleans sludgecore supergroup rebounded emphatically for INEVITABLE COLLAPSE, with a bracingly raw take on their genre and a new line-up featuring Goatwhore's Ben Falgoust on vocals and Hostile Apostle's Scott Crochet on bass.
