The ethos behind the Major Keys label is to take an originally accomplished album masterpiece and give it a slice of jazz brilliance on it's own side of a vinyl. So following the well received maiden release of Herbie Hancock's 'Chameleon' / 'Watermelon Man', what better way than to follow up with the king himself. From his 1979 self-titled album comes the seminal John Coltrane cut 'Naima', backed with his nearly 14-minute cover of the Rodgers & Hammerstein classic 'My Favorite Things'.
