Steve Bailey and the Blue Flames is a veteran blues band from the Seattle, Washington area. The band is know for it's energy and creative songwriting. None of the material will be found on the usual 'bar band' song lists as the band performs mostly original songs with a few obscure covers added. The tempos are upbeat, the rhythms from Chicago blues, Texas, and New Orleans. The band members have played with the greats: Isaac Scott, Mark Hummel, Johnny Dyer, Jr. Watson to name a few--and their experience and love for the blues shines through on every song. Fronted by award winning harmonica player Steve Bailey, the band delivers a wide variety of hard driving blues.
